Robotics Club!

Hendersonville High School Robotics Club

This year at QLS we have been excited to sponsor the Codemandos, aka the Hendersonville High School Robotics Club. Students in the club build robots from scratch to compete against other robots in a scored match. It is a great program in which students get hands-on experience with engineering, coding, technology and robotics.

The club did well enough to send three teams to the VEX Robotics Tennessee State Championship this year. This is a two-day event in which 64 teams from across Tennessee compete for a chance to elevate to the World Championships. The state championship took place this past weekend.

All of the teams did well, and one even made it to the Round of 16. Congratulations to the club on a great season! It’s impressive to see what you have built.
