While our primary focus is the monitoring of a Supplier's incoming parts quality, our presence in OEM facilities provides other opportunities to help Suppliers continuously improve the quality of their customer service. That may take the form of trending information on the quality of specific parts. It might be noticing a problem the OEM is having with the way you pack your parts. It might be damage we notice as your parts are being installed on the OEM's product.
The point is, we keep our eyes and ears open to recognize opportunities for improvement. In that process, you get better as a supplier and your OEM customer gains operational performance improvement. That is value generated for both parties.
