When a Supplier has a quality issue at a customer's location, the accurate and timely communication of the problem is critical to establishing a fast and effective resolution. Supplier's depend on the technical expertise and responsiveness of QLS in those instances. When an issue involves multiple shipments to different OEM facilities, QLS can provide resolutions at all of the locations simultaneously.

Suppliers can also use QLS in their own plants to monitor incoming parts.  Having QLS work in the entire supply chain can lower a Supplier’s overall cost of quality and drive continuous improvement of their manufacturing process.
